The Secret To A Perfect Sour Mix

Making your own sour mix is not only easy, but absolutely necessary for making the perfect sour cocktails. The meringue powder is what makes it! You get the foamy, slightly creamy top when you vigorously shake or stir it. That's the Fat Cat secret! Egg whites have long been used to make delicious frothy drinks so it only makes sense that meringue powder will do the same, without the nervous looks you'd get from your friends by using raw egg whites. Here is our favorite sour mix along with a few of our favorite cocktail recipes that will impress everyone you serve them to!
