Make your own energy in 3 steps

Energy Bites
What you need:
1 cup peanut butter
¾ cup rolled oats
¼ cup ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
What you need to do:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and roll into 1-inch balls. Store energy bites refrigerated in an airtight container. Makes 12-15 bites!
