Chocolate and Almond Croissants come to save the world!

Some say the Croissant dates to Marie Antionette who needed a little slice of home. We just know that if a chocolate croissant is better than an average croissant than a Chocolate Almond Croissant should be the best thing ever! Try it yourself and always Cool Fearlessly!

What you need:

• 4 Croissants-split open sandwich style • ½ cup Almond paste • ½ cup Solo Almond Filling • 2 tablespoons Butter-softened or melted • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips (or all of them) • Sliced or toasted almonds

What you need to do:

1. Coarsely shred paste. 2. Mix with butter to form soft paste 3. Spread paste on bottom half of croissants, dividing evenly 4. Spread almond filling over paste and sprinkle on chocolate chips 5. Place tops on croissants lightly pressing down 6. Bake on sheet pan at 350 until chocolate begins to melt – approx. 5-7 minutes 7. Let cool slightly then dust liberally with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
