Hip To Be Square Smoothie Cubes
Let's face it...the hardest part about eating right is choosing convenience over health. Well now you won't have to choose when you have smoothie cubes in your freezer! Here are 3 delicious recipes to have ready for your blender whenever you need to eat on the run.

Pineapple Pina Colada
1 C. pineapple chunks
1 C. mango chunks
1 banana, peeled
1/2 C. coconut milk
1/2 C. vanilla yogurt
1 T. chia seeds
Go Green
1 avocado, pitted and peeled
1 1/2 C. pineapple chunks
1 banana, peeled
1 C. baby spinach
1/2 C. orange juice
1/2 C. coconut milk
Raspberry Lime
1 1/2 C. raspberries
1/2 C. vanilla yogurt
1 banana, peeled
1 C. orange juice
1/2 lime, juiced
Add all ingredients for one smoothie into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into ice cube trays. Repeat for remaining flavors. Freeze cubes at least 4 hours until solid. Remove from trays and seal cubes in freezer safe plastic bags. Use a separate bag for each flavor.
When ready to enjoy, blend about 5 cubes along with 1/2 C. orange juice or milk of choice. For an additional protein boost, add protein powder.
